Battery safety is the objection every fleet buyer raises and few manufacturers answer with data. The DP-Pro runs a 96V 112Ah semi-solid-state pack - the first of its kind to reach series production on a two-wheeler. In nail penetration and crush testing the cell does not ignite and does not enter thermal runaway. For an operator parking fifty bikes overnight in one depot, or for an importer clearing customs under dangerous-goods scrutiny, that test report is worth more than any range claim.

Semi-solid-state chemistry also carries a practical benefit: energy density high enough to reach 250 km at a constant 80 km/h. That is genuine motorway range, not a city-cycle figure measured at 45 km/h. Riders can cross a region on one charge, which moves this Highway Legal Electric Motorcycle out of the commuter category and into light touring.

Charging is handled by a 6 kW Type 2 inlet - the same connector used by European electric cars. A full session from zero to 80% takes about two hours, so a bike plugged in at a public AC post during a lunch stop recovers more range than most riders will use in an afternoon. Type 2 also means no proprietary cable inventory for dealers to stock.

Power delivery matches the battery. The DP-Pro is the flagship of the DP family with a 130 km/h top speed, backed by ABS and traction control working together. Traction control on a high-torque electric drivetrain is not decoration - it is what keeps a fully loaded bike upright on a wet roundabout. The front and rear cameras record continuously, which settles insurance disputes and gives fleet managers evidence after an incident.

Software is treated as a long-term component rather than a launch feature. Full-vehicle OTA updates reach the motor controller, the battery management system and the dashboard independently, so refinements arrive after the bike has left the showroom. Smart tracking reports position continuously, and screen-projection navigation puts turn-by-turn directions on the dash instead of on a phone mount vibrating itself loose.

Everything else follows the DP architecture that Dimentro has been shipping since the EICMA 2024 launch: removable pack architecture, FOC vector control, CANbus diagnostics and an app layer that reports battery health cycle by cycle. Dealers already trained on the DP-01 and DP-03 need only a short additional module to service the DP-Pro.

The commercial position is clear. At the top of the range, the DP-Pro is the bike that gets written about and photographed. A Highway Legal Electric Motorcycle with a genuine world-first technology claim changes the conversation with both press and distributors, and it draws buyers into the showroom, where the DP-01 and DP-03 close the volume.
